Slimming at Natura

Designed to meet each customer's personal need, the programme is for either 20 days or 30 days. Individual attention is given to every client by our doctor. Slimming at Natura commences with the doctor's advice who also records all the physical data required. The Body-Mass-Index would also be calculated and recorded along with full history of the family, the participant's likes and dislikes, diet pattern, daily routine etc. After examining the individual's data, the doctor prescribes a well balanced diet with the correct amount of calories, fibers etc. Each day the participant spends about one hour for exercise followed by body therapy for 45 minutes.

 

Rejuvenation Package

A 14 days package of therapies to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul and to improve your inner and outer beauty. Duration: 90 mins everyday.

 

Relaxation Package

A 5 days or 7 days package of relaxation therapies to suit your needs as prescribed by our professional to make you feel like you are at heaven. Duration: 120 mins everyday.

 

Bridal Makeover

A one month package that includes 30 therapies in 5 sessions, would make you look like a princess on your wedding.
